Anne McNally

Anne has over 20 years of senior level experience in the Retirement Fund industry encompassing the roles of manager benefit administration, manager of risk benefits division and head of privately administered funds at Old Mutual in Cape Town. For two years Anne was account executive for Dunlop and Alusaf funds at Old Mutual's Durban office.

Anne spent 12 years as a manager at KPMG in the Financial Services Division specialising in the audit of retirement funds only and, as senior manager, was head of the retirement fund unit within the division. She was also involved in the compilation and editing of the KPMG Toolkit for the Retirement Fund Trustee published by KPMG for their clients and prospective clients.

Anne has developed specific training modules and certification for fund accountants at both Old Mutual (including separate training for the largest umbrella fund at Old Mutual) and Metropolitan at their request.

Currently Anne is contracted by Grant Thornton Cape in the capacity of consultant and specialist to their Retirement Fund audit services unit.

Anne served as an independent trustee on the trustee boards of the Telkom Pension and Retirement Funds for 4 years and was chairperson of the Funds' audit committee.
